Afaf Al-Sabagh is an Iraqi academic at the University of Technology – Iraq. She obtained her BSc in Agriculture Sciences/ Food Science Production from Baghdad University ,Iraq, in 1999. She then went on to complete her MSc in Agriculture Sciences/ Food Science( Food Chemistry) from the same University in 2006 , Now Ph.D. student in the same University.
M.Sc. degree in Agriculture Sciences/ Food Science from Baghdad University, Iraq, in 2006, Title of thesis: "Producing a high-gluten product from local wheat and studying its functional and physicochemical properties".
B.Sc. in Agriculture Sciences/ Food Science(Food Chemistry) from Baghdad University,Iraq, in 1999
