A faculty member from the Environmental Research Center receives the Ibn Sina Award
Dr. Zahraa Zahraw Farhan participated in the International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations (Ibn Sina Award), which was held under the auspices of the College of Health Sciences / Hawler Medical University in collaboration with the Lebanese French University and organized by the Light Harvest Organization for Education Development from September 25-27, 2024.
The aim of this exhibition was to benefit from patents in the fields of medical, agricultural, engineering, and applied sciences through the cooperation of universities, investors, businessmen, and entities capable of transforming these innovations and patents into practical applications that serve the community in these areas.
At the conclusion of the exhibition, both the Dean of the College of Medical and Health Sciences/ Hawler University and the Vice President of the Lebanese French University honored the faculty member with the Ibn Sina Award for Inventions and Innovations and the Medal of Scientific Creativity for her participation in the project titled “Smart Application for A novel Iraqi Water Quality IQ-WQI’’.
