Lecture entitled (Synthesis of nanoparticles and silver with the use of the syx of the synthe plant and the study of their effect on the models of the methylation of genes that make up the biofilms in the pseudo-Aerospra)
Within the activities of the cultural season of the Environmental Research Centre, the assistant teacher of Marwa Khaled Razak gave a lecture entitled (Synthesis of nanoparticles and silver with the use of the syx of the synthe plant and the study of their effect on the models of the methylation of genes that make up the biofilms in the pseudo-Aerospra). Through the lecture, she showed how to treat the pseudo-Aeronacula bacteria with silver nanoparticles, then the analysis of the methylation of the pslA and pslB gene catalysts using the treatment of then MS-PCR and that the silver nanoparticles stop the excessive methylation of the pslB gene catalyst, which may explain the decrease in gene expression after treatment with these nanoparticles.
