Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology Dr. Amin Douai Thamer, the Center for Environmental Research held its symposium entitled "Water Scarcity in Iraq: Immediate and Future Solutions". The problems of water scarcity were discussed and recommendations made to address immediate and future problems.
